ASIC Design Contest 2005
austriamicrosystems, Unterpremstätten, the Institute for Electronics at the Graz University of Technology and the Institute of Computer
Technology at the Vienna University of Technology are pleased to relaunch an ASIC design contest in context to the Austrochip 2005 conference.
Students of relevant faculties (electrical engineering, telematics, ...) are invited to submit projects concerning the design of an
application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC). Up to three projects are selected by the selection committee to be implemented in silicon using
austriamicrosystems 0,35 µm technology. Costs will be covered by austriamicrosystems. Design work will be done under supervision of the Institute
for Electronics at the Graz University of Technology and the Institute of Computer Technology at the Vienna University of Technology. Additional

Important Dates
Deadline for submission of projects: August 31, 2005 Notification of acceptance: September 26, 2005 Presentation of accepted projects: October 6, 2005 (at the Austrochip conference)
