Traveling Information

• By plane: The airport is 10 km out of the city. Although public transport is available, going by taxi is recommended. The fair to the center should be €15 - €20.
• By train: Get off at "Graz Hauptbahnhof". In front of the main train station nearly all tramways "Bims" are leaving to the center. Tramway number 6 goes to the TPA-Krone center. Taxi rides in the city cost roughly €7.
• By car from Vienna: Leave the A2 highway at the exit "Graz Ost / Liebenau ". Turn right to Münzgrabenstraße.
• By car from Linz: Leave the A9 highway at the exit "Graz Andritz" and enter Graz via Weinzödlstraße and Grabenstraße. The ride through town is complicated. Go in direction of Stadthalle or Technische Universität.
• By car from Klagenfurt: see "By car from Vienna". The "Graz Ost / Liebenau" exit is a detour of 2 km but it is easier to get into town from here.

Local orientation

• Parking: TPA center offers no public parking. We recommend to park in the "Grüne Zone" at Münzgrabengürtel or in Münzgrabenstraße, where plenty of parking lots are available. Parking ticket cost € 4 (automata accepts coins and Quick). They are valid the whole day. TPA center is a 5-minute walk from Münzgrabengürtel.
• By tramway: Tramway number 6 connects the Graz main station with the TPA center. Take exit "Neue Technik". TPA-Krone Center is 100 meters north (back) of this station. A single ride costs € 1,70 at the driver.
